FAQ
Know what to approve and how each stage moves forward.
Reference the previous order, model and approved specification revision in the repeat-order brief. Compare blade material and dimensions, finish, motor, lighting, controls, labels and packaging against that record. Ask the supplier to identify proposed component or process changes before order confirmation; agree whether a new sample or testing is needed and record any approved revision. Confirm current MOQ and lead time rather than assuming earlier terms still apply.
Prepare model numbers or design references, destination market, quantity by model and finish, and target dates. Mark undecided specifications separately so the initial quotation can state its assumptions and the choices still to be reviewed.
Send one consolidated revision list with the model, specification version and annotated photographs or drawings. Review the effect on price and timing, then agree whether another sample or a documented revision is needed before approval.
Bring the approved sample, specification revision, artwork, quantity breakdown and order terms together. Confirm the starting conditions and payment milestones in writing so both sides use the same basis for the production schedule.
Review timing when the product configuration and order scope are agreed, then confirm it with the order’s starting conditions. Sample revisions, late artwork or changes to quantity and components can require a revised schedule.
Agree inspection scope, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and any third-party arrangements before shipment planning. Review the findings and the agreed actions before confirming shipment readiness.
Provide consignee details, delivery instructions and any destination-specific document requests. Review the invoice, packing details and agreed shipping documents against the order, and retain the specification and inspection records for follow-up.
Use the inquiry outline to share your model, market, quantity and timing.
