Use Contact for factory questions, visit arrangements or an existing-order conversation. Use Request a quote for model pricing, quantities and a detailed sourcing brief so the product requirements stay together.
Can I contact the team directly by email?
Email [email protected]. Put your company name and the model, project or order reference in the subject, then briefly explain the decision or information you need.
Can I arrange a call with the team?
Send your preferred call time and time zone by email or WhatsApp, and ask the team to confirm the appointment.
What should I include when following up on an existing order?
Include the order reference, model, your company name and the specific question. For a product issue, add photographs, the affected quantity and relevant packaging or batch information so the team can identify the order and review it.
How do I request a factory visit?
Send your preferred dates, visitor names and company, the purpose of the visit and the models or documents you want to review. Wait for the appointment and address arrangements to be confirmed before making travel bookings.
How can I share drawings or a product shortlist?
For a new sourcing project, use Request a quote and its attachment control when available, or send the files by email. Name each file with the model or project and revision date, and explain what you want the team to check.
Do you accept retail orders or individual home purchases?
Business customers only. Retail orders are not accepted. Business sample or trial orders below MOQ, including one-piece orders, are accepted subject to project-specific confirmation.
