FAQ
Questions about choosing your models
Compare catalogue versions, sizes and configurations before building your shortlist.
Can I include wood-blade and ABS-blade models in one private-label sourcing project?
Yes. Standard models: MOQ 10 pcs per colour; mixed models are accepted. Models requiring new tooling: MOQ 1,000 pcs per colour. Standard-model production lead time is 30 business days; models requiring new tooling take 80 business days plus tooling time. Business sample or trial orders below MOQ, including one-piece orders, are accepted subject to project-specific confirmation. List each model separately with its blade material, diameter, colour, electrical configuration, branding, packaging and quantity so the mixed order can be reviewed.
How should I shortlist ceiling fans for my product range?
Start with blade material and the diameter range you want to offer. Use the model search for a known reference, then compare each shortlisted model’s motor, lighting, controls and mounting details on its product page.
How are the diameter filters grouped?
Compact models are 30 inches or smaller, standard models are over 30 and under 60 inches, and large models are 60 inches or larger. A model with several catalogue sizes may appear in more than one group; check the exact options on its detail page.
What do the 2024 and 2025 labels mean?
They identify the catalogues in which a model appears, rather than its launch year. Models present in both years are listed first. Each detail page states the adopted specification year and source page; repeated inclusion does not establish current stock or sales volume.
How can I tell whether a model includes a light?
Open its specification table and look for a Lighting entry, including any stated wattage or colour-temperature options. A photograph or product category alone is not enough to confirm the lighting configuration; ask about any detail the catalogue does not list.
Can one inquiry include several ceiling fan models?
Yes. List each model with its quantity, finish, diameter and required electrical configuration. Keep those quantities separate so the quotation can identify model-level prices, minimum quantities and any shared packaging requirements.
Does inclusion in the catalogue mean a model is ready to ship?
The catalogue is a selection reference, not a live stock list. Confirm current availability, the selected specification, MOQ and production timing for your order. The adopted catalogue version remains visible on each model page for comparison.
Do you accept retail orders or individual home purchases?
Business customers only. Retail orders are not accepted. Business sample or trial orders below MOQ, including one-piece orders, are accepted subject to project-specific confirmation.
