Terms for using our B2B catalogue, factory information and inquiry services.
ZHONGSHAN ECO LIGHTING CO., LTD.ECO Fans provides this website for importers, wholesalers and brands sourcing ceiling fans and fan lights. We accept business inquiries only and do not accept retail orders or individual home purchases. Sample discussions form part of a B2B sourcing project.
Product pages identify the catalogue version used for their specifications. Images, finishes and displayed dimensions are selection references and may not describe every available configuration. Confirm the chosen model, size, electrical specification, accessories, packaging and current availability in the quotation and order documents.
Sending an inquiry, receiving an automated acknowledgement or discussing a sample does not by itself create a supply contract. Pricing, MOQ, payment, tooling, lead time, shipping, inspection and warranty arrangements are determined in the agreed quotation and order terms. An accepted written order or separate agreement governs the transaction.
Provide accurate model references, quantities and destination requirements, and identify any specification that is still undecided. Only submit drawings, artwork, trademarks and other files that you are authorised to share for the project. Agree confidentiality, design ownership and tooling rights in writing where required; the website form itself is not a confidentiality agreement.
Company logos, photographs, videos, catalogue content and other materials remain subject to the rights of their owners. You may refer to the material for internal sourcing evaluation and link to relevant product pages. Reuse in advertising, resale listings or your own publications requires the appropriate permission; viewing the website does not grant a trademark or design licence.
Do not use the website to submit unlawful material, malicious files, misleading inquiries or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, or use forms to send spam. We may restrict activity that threatens the website or other users.
External communication and social platforms operate under their own terms. Website functions may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. If a form is unavailable, use the published business email or WhatsApp link. Website statements do not replace the product commitments or remedies recorded in an accepted order, and nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Contact [email protected] about these terms and identify the relevant page or order. We may revise website terms as services change and show the revision date here. Terms for an existing order, including any agreed governing law or dispute-resolution process, are set by that order or its separate agreement.
