FAQ
Questions about preparing your quote request
Make your models, quantities and quotation scope clear.
What information is needed to quote a ceiling fan model?
Provide the model or reference, destination market, quantity by finish and diameter, voltage and frequency, and required lighting and controls. Add branding, packaging and your target delivery date so the quotation can describe the requested configuration.
How should I list several models or quantity options?
Use a separate line for each model, finish and configuration, with the quantity beside it. If you want price comparisons at several volumes, label each quantity option clearly and state whether the models are intended for one combined order.
What MOQ should I use when planning my inquiry?
Standard models: MOQ 10 pcs per colour; mixed models are accepted. Models requiring new tooling: MOQ 1,000 pcs per colour. Standard-model production lead time is 30 business days; models requiring new tooling take 80 business days plus tooling time. Business sample or trial orders below MOQ, including one-piece orders, are accepted subject to project-specific confirmation.
Can I request a quote before every specification is decided?
Yes. Separate fixed requirements from open choices, such as diameter, finish, lighting or remote functions. Ask for the proposed configuration to be listed in the quotation so you can compare offers on the same basis.
Which costs and delivery terms should I ask the quotation to itemise?
Ask for the unit price, sample and tooling costs where relevant, custom packaging charges, agreed delivery terms, freight scope, payment milestones and quotation validity. State the destination port or delivery location if transport is part of the request.
Which supporting files help with a model-specific quotation?
Include a model shortlist, dimensioned drawing, reference photographs or packaging artwork where available. Add the revision date and explain each file’s purpose. Use the attachment control’s displayed file and size limits, or email files that cannot be attached.
Do you accept retail orders or individual home purchases?
Business customers only. Retail orders are not accepted. Business sample or trial orders below MOQ, including one-piece orders, are accepted subject to project-specific confirmation.
